EDITH CAMEJO RODRIGUEZ

DR EDITH CAMEJO RODRIGUEZDr. Edith Camejo Rodriguez was appointed a lecturer in the Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine, UHAS. Ho, Ghana. Consultant Internal Medicine at Ho Teaching Hospital in December 2019. Prior to her appointment at the University of Health and Allied Sciences, she was engaged at the Ho Teaching Hospital as a Consultant in Internal Medicine.

Education

She had her medical training at the University for Medical Sciences of Matanzas. She specialised in Internal Medicine.

Work Experience

She practiced as a medical doctor for 5 years in Cuba and 3 years in Ghana, specifically, Ho Teaching Hospital and UHAS.

Science /Research Interests

Her interest areas of research include abuse of Antibiotics, Stroke, Hypertension Awareness, Antiphospholipid Syndrome, Diabetes Mellitus, Cosmetic Dermatology and leprosy.

Dr. Edith Camejo Rodriguez is Fellow of the Cuban Society of Internal Medicine. She has also been accredited by the Medical and Dental Council in Ghana.
